Moving and shifting the sides at the same time, that’s what the TracTurn stands for. Whether triangular rents, trapezoidal rents or “merged rents”, the TracTurn handles all types of rents up to 2.3 m high. The width of the pile plays little role, the TracTurn mills up to 3.7 m of compost pile in one pass. If the pile is wider, several passages are required accordingly. The TracTurn was developed to series production readiness in practical use over 10 years. The TracTurn needs a drive power of around 200 kW for a transfer rate of 1,500 m³ / h. A tractor with sufficient dead weight and a reversing device is required. If the TracTurn is to be used outside the company, the tractor can also be used as a means of transport.
