Australian Native Landscapes (ANL), a leader in green waste composting, has significantly upgraded its operations by integrating advanced processing equipment from EDGE Innovate, supplied and supported FOCUS Enviro. This strategic move aims to enhance both efficiency and sustainability in processing green waste at their Badgerys Creek facility, which manages approximately 350,000 tonnes of waste annually.
The new fleet of equipment includes an EDGE VS420 slow speed shredder, a TRT622 track trommel, and a TS80 track stacker. The units installed earlier this year have boosted production capacity and improve material handling, aligning with ANL’s mission to transform organic waste into valuable resources. The EDGE VS420 high torque shredder ensures a consistent piece size and high production rates, which is complimented by a TRT622 trommel which high capacity enhances screening capabilities. A TS80 stacker optimizes material storage and handling of the processed materials.
James Myers, Operations Manager at ANL, praised the equipment’s reliability and user-friendliness, and commended FOCUS Enviro’s support, noting their readiness and expertise. FOCUS Enviro, renowned for its customer-centric waste management solutions, has played a crucial role in this equipment upgrade, reinforcing their longstanding partnership with ANL.
This collaboration highlights the importance of innovation and partnership in achieving environmental sustainability. By integrating advanced technology with the help of FOCUS Enviro, ANL continues to lead the way in sustainable waste management, setting new standards in organic recycling and resource efficiency.
